As a RYT with Yoga Alliance and 300+ hours of training, I bring that passion to life through offerings like M&M (Mobility & Muscle)—an all-abilities class that combines dynamic stretching, yoga-inspired postures, strength training, and energizing music to get your body moving and your spirit lifted.
