Mobility & Muscle

This class is for people looing to move their bodies, stay active, and build community. Whether you’re just getting started on your health wellness journey or are looking to maintain an already active lifestyle, Mobility & Muscle provides the space for you to move your body and connect with others. In this class I lead you though 17 yoga and stretching poses before moving into 18 strength training movements using weights of your choice.

How To Register
