Run, Walk, Ruck
Looking to feel more alive and move your body in the beautiful Wisconsin outdoors? Join us for an informal run, walk or ruck out in the country or in the city. We walk the Milwaukee lakefront and downtown, and lake country trails out as far as Delafield and Wales. I also host a weekly morning run – fast enough to get a workout, but slow enough to have a conversation. If you want to build strength at a slower pace, consider joining us for a “ruck” – bring your own weighted vest and we’ll do the walking and talking together. As an animal lover, I encourage you to bring your furry friend if the location allows.
